KNOW ALL MEN THESE PRESENTS THAT, we M/s. Which the said importer has applied to the Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Delhi for the said port to permit the removal of the goods fully described and specified in the schedule to this bond from ICD. TKD TO WAREHOUSE AT ____________________

And whereas the said Deputy Commissioner of Customs has granted permission for the removal of the said goods to the above mentioned warehouse on conditions of the said importer executing the bond and sufficient guarantee as above written.

Now the conditions of the bond is such that if the said importer shall will cuase the said goods to be duly and safely removed to the said warehouse and to be there produced to the proper officer and duly re-warehoused within the period of seven from the date of removal of goods from ICD New Delhi or cause the said goods to be otherwise accounted for to the satisfaction of such____________ Proper officer of the Government duly authorized in that behalf pay to the said officer of the full customs duty payable upon in respect of all goods to permit to be removed aforesaid. Then the above written shall be void and have no effect. It is hereby agreed that any amount that may be due from us under this bond may be recovered in the manner laid down from us under this bond in the manner laid down in section 142 sub section (I) of the Customs Act 1962.

This GUARANTEE is issued subject to the condition that the liability of the bank under this guarantee is limited to making a payment of Rs. ________(Rs._____________)and whereas as per request of importer. We furnish the required bank guarantee to the satisfaction of the President of India through The Deputy Commissioner of Customs, ICD TKD New Delhi (hereinafter called THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT) for a sum of Rs. _____________(Rs.__________) in respect of import as described here below and accordingly, we do hereby guarantee to and covenant with Central Government represented by the Dy. And Further, we hereby convenient and declare that this guarantee shall remain in force FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR form the date of issue and if the final assessment is not dispose within the aforesaid period, we undertake to renew this guarantee only at the request of the importer till disposal of the said final assessment.

And we further covenant and declare that if the said party do not obtain and furnish renewal of this guarantee for a further period of time to the said Deputy commissioner of Customs, New Delhi and his sucessors in office not less than 30(thirty) days, prior to the expiry of the bank guarantee or renewal of the Bank Guarantee so as to keep the same valid and submitting till the disposal of the above final.

Assessment thereafter then the entire amount remaining due and payable and the bank on its own shall pay to the Deputy Commissioner of Customs, New Delhi and/ or his successor in office notwithstanding.
