Factory Stuffing Permission

The customs approval that allows export cargo to be sealed into containers at the exporter's own factory instead of the port or CFS.

Factory Permission

  1. Request letter (on shipper's letter head)
  2. Annexure 54 (on shipper's letter head)
  3. Annexure "B"
  4. Authorization to CHA representative
  5. Article of memorandum / Partnership Deed
  6. PAN of the company
  7. Address proof of the factory premises
  8. List of directors/partners with PAN & address proof
  9. Lease deed if applicable
  10. IEC code
  11. AD Code
  12. RCMC Number
  13. Resolution for authorized person countersigned by the bank
  14. PAN and address of the authorised person
  15. Site map with photographs
  16. Details / Description of goods to be exported with chapter head
  17. Chartered accountant certificate for export performance for last three year
  18. Authorization to employees to stuff containers (required only in case of self sealing)
