FORM OF AUTHORISATION TO SIGN CUSTOM DOCUMENTS

The Deputy/Assistant Commissioner of Customs,
New Custom House,

Dear Sir,

We M/s ______________ Address: ________________________________ we hereby authorize M/S.____________ Address____________________ Business on our behalf, i.e.

  1. To sign Customs documents such as Shipping Bill or Bill of Entry
  2. To Issuance of TRA
  3. To register of DEPB/DFRC/TRA.
  4. To receive money or pay duties and grant receipt.
  5. To submit AD Code Registration Documents
  6. To submit Drawback Claim and Collect.

We undertake to acknowledge these authorization as if they were those of our firm for all purpose in connection with the aforesaid transaction and to if they had infect been signed by me or company. We also undertake to pay all and pay demand of different duties and penalties subsequently made by the customs authorize as an equal to those transactions. The contents of Consignment are correct as per invoice and we are responsible if found otherwise.

We hereby certify that the value sort, specification quality and description of the goods being exported/Imported as mentioned in the application/other relevant documents are true to the best of our knowledge and belief and also certify that the quantity and specification of the goods as stated in the application/other relevant documents are in accordance with the terms of the export/import contact entered into with the buyer or consignee in pursuance of which the goods being exported/imported.
