ADC – Documents Required for NOC (Imports)

LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR NOC OF ADC IN IMPORT SHIPMENTS :

Format of ADC sheet and copy of Bond Declaration.

Take the printout of Bond on Rs 100/- Stamp Paper.
Two copies of ADC Sheet are required . And below are the requirements needed for clearing the shipment.

• Format of ADC sheet
• Bond Declaration On Rs 100 Stamp Paper & also on Manufacture's Letter Head.
• Quality Certificate
• Analysis Certificate with Batch Code No of Product with manufacturing & expiry date
• Invoice Copy
• Safety Statement
• Certificate of Free Sales/FDA Report
• List of Manufacturer [Annexure -I
