Request cum Authority letter in the name of Customs
ORIGINAL A.D.Code letter on bank letter head (Language attached)
IEC Copy
PAN Card Copy
Balance Sheet Copy
Income tax return Copy
Previous Shipping Bill or Bill of Entry Copy
VAT registration Copy
Manufacturing License Copy (if any)
Export House Certificate (If any)
THREE PHOTOCOPY SETS OF ALL ABOVE DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED
